Williams Outfitters is a Native owned and operated outfitting company that is located on the Curve Lake First Nation in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes Region of Ontario, Canada. Michael Williams, the company owner and lead guide, is an Ojibwe Indian that has had the privilege of learning both traditional and contemporary methods of fishing the area. Historically, many residents of Curve Lake earned money by guiding US anglers, by canoe, to trophy catches throughout the region. Michael’s goal is to revive the art of the “Native Guide” and has led him to develop adventure experiences for visitors to Peterborough and the Kawarthas. Michael promises a comfortable fishing adventure in his state-of-the-art tournament boat to target a variety of species as well as sharing his traditional knowledge and fishing secrets of the area. Mike is looking forward to hosting you to a great day on the water.
